My father in law admitted for Circumcussion surgery and it is too great to know the cash less claim request approved less than 2 hours and got discharged on the same day. Also able to get pr e and post hospitalision expenses using claim genie. I reduced one star the reason care having only customer care through whatsapp bot, where to get some policy related questions, really it would be helpful if someone can assit, it can be fine on paid number.
