Given below is the procedure to make an online application for the Digital Health Card:

1. Visit the official ABHA website (https://abha.abdm.gov.in/abha/v3/)
2. Click on ‘Create ABHA Number’.
3. Then click on ‘Create your ABHA number using Aadhaar’
4. Enter your Aadhaar ID number
5. Click on the declaration, complete the captcha and click next.
6. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
7. Enter your registered mobile number and click submit.
8. Verify your details as provided by your Aadhaar ID and click submit.
9. Your ABHA card will be generated and you can download your ABHA ID.

Note: If you do not wish to use your Aadhaar card for the process, you can also complete the application using your driving license or mobile number.

An applicant has to fulfill the below given criteria in order to be eligible for the Digital Health card:

1. An Indian citizen residing in India. NRIs cannot apply for this card.
2. The applicant has a valid Aadhaar card.
3. The applicant’s annual family income should be lower than Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
